Avisen-Avk is a international based art and culture magazine that went online in August 2004. In the beginning of October 2004 we published our online Art Gallery,  which will give the artists a possibility to show their artwork for a wider art loving audience from all over the world. Avisen-avk's intention is to work for, that this magazine will be as good and exciting as possible, but without help from you, our readers, our present members and future members it can not be done.
We hope that you want to participate and use the services, and help bring this into a vivid culture magazine and to be a joy to everybody.

Our vision and intention is to start cooperating between artists all over the world and make it easier for corporations and clients to find the right artist for the mission.
You receive for example an inquiry from a corporation/gallery who wishes to hold an exhibition in a certain genre. At that time, may be you don't have the opportunity to exhibit your works or you don't work in that genre.
In that case you can take a look at the Art Gallery and find another artist for suggestion.
At the same time you will have the opportunity to comment good or bad about the gallery/art dealers and so on.

Co-operation between artists could be like this: 
You receive an inquiry from a fellow artist, living abroad, who wish to get some information about where to exhibit, where to eat and sleep for a reasonable sum of money, so you will of course give him/her the answers he/she needs, and the other way around you will get all the help you need if you send an inquiry to another fellow artist. 
We will call it Art way.
"Art way" will hopefully give you, new exacting experiences and a whole lot of new ideas.

Avisen-avk's editorial staff including the chef editor is working on voluntary basis and for free.

Avisen-Avk don not receive any  government,  municipal or EU subsidies
